I have been working with words all my career as an author, editor and corporate trainer. During my career, I've taught thousands of people from a range of organisations, including large corporations, government departments, associations and not-for-profits.

To remind myself of the joys and difficulties of writing, I blog regularly and write a monthly e-newsletter. I have written three nonfiction books (Promote Your Business, Talk Up Your Business, Write to Govern.)

My qualifications include a BA in English and History, a Diploma of Social Work and a Diploma of Teaching. I am a lifelong student of writing and grammar.
